At Rennover, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted wooden products. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery only if:

  1. The product has a manufacturing defect.
  2. You received a wrong item that differs from what was ordered.

Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at support@rennover.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos/videos if applicable.
  2. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
  3. Returns without prior communication may not be accepted.

3. Proof of Damage

If your item was damaged during delivery, please:

  1. Record an unboxing video showing the damage clearly.
  2. Share the video and photos with our support team. This helps us verify the issue and process your return efficiently.

4. Condition for Returns

All returned items must be:

  1. In their original condition, unused, and unassembled (if applicable).
  2. Packed in the original packaging with all accessories and tags included. We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  1. If a return is approved, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a Rennover error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).

6. Refund Timeline

  1. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
  2. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  3. Please note: Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
