Exchange Policy

At Rénnover, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Since many of our items are handcrafted and custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under specific circumstances.

No Return Policy

All purchases made through Rénnover are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences after the order has been delivered.

Exchange Eligibility

Products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The product was damaged during transit (subject to verification).

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be considered for exchange.

Proof of Damage

To process any claim related to damaged or defective products, customers must provide:

  • A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the issue.

Claims regarding damaged products without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item sent by Rénnover.

Custom-Made Products

As most custom-made and personalized products are manufactured specifically according to customer requirements, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a verified manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

Final Decision

Rénnover reserves the right to inspect the product and make the final decision regarding exchange eligibility based on the evidence provided and product condition.
