At Rénnover, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Since many of our items are handcrafted and custom-made, we do not offer returns. However, we do provide exchanges under specific circumstances.
No Return Policy
All purchases made through Rénnover are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preferences after the order has been delivered.
Exchange Eligibility
Products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery only under the following conditions:

Claims regarding damaged products without an unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Rénnover reserves the right to inspect the product and make the final decision regarding exchange eligibility based on the evidence provided and product condition.
